Booking & Payments
Payment: Lessons must be paid in full once the instructor confirms your time slot. Payment instructions will be sent via email.
Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to instructor availability.
Refund Policy
Eligibility: Refunds are only available if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Exceptions: Refunds will not be issued if:
· You leave a session early for any reason.
· You become injured or feel ill during the session.
· The instructor terminates the session due to client misconduct (disrespect, yelling, or outbursts).
Rink Closures: If the rink is closed during our scheduled time, a full refund will be provided.
Equipment Requirements
Skates: For safety reasons, rental skates are not permitted. Clients must provide their own quad skates.
Wheels: Indoor wheels are required for wooden floors. "Out of the box" skates (from big-box retailers) often have outdoor wheels; we highly recommend upgrading to indoor-specific wheels for better grip. Your instructor can provide suggestions if needed.
Session Logistics
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Timeliness: Your session time begins at the scheduled hour. Time spent waiting in line to enter the rink will count toward your session time, as other clients may be scheduled immediately after you.
Extended Sessions: If you wish to extend your session, it is only possible if there are no following bookings and the instructor is available.
Rest Periods: To maintain safety and stamina, a 5-minute rest is required for every 30 minutes of instruction.
Rink Environment & Expectations
Public Space: Lessons occur during regular public skating hours. The rink is not private; other skaters will be present and may occasionally get in the way.
Noise & Interruptions: High volume from the DJ and crowds is expected, which may make communication difficult. Sessions may be briefly paused for unexpected rink-wide interruptions.
Conduct: The instructor is here to facilitate learning in a positive environment. Disrespectful behavior or "scenes" will result in the immediate termination of the lesson without a refund.
